The Yellow House
We are building the Yellow House since January 2007. Located in Duesseldorf-Derendorf we are creating a truly unique building for international fashion agencies. The spacious showrooms will host various fine brands.
Extension Nordstern Shaft 2
The THS group with its headquarter at the former coal mine Nordstern ("Northern star") is planning to heighten the former hauling shaft 2. The brick tower (60 metres, 180 ft.high) from the early 1950's will be crowned by a modern glass cube hosting office space and conference rooms. The old part of the tower will be left in its present condition in order to show the original steel structure and the left over machines (including the unique head gear hauling machine, the pulley wheel etc.). A small museum accessible for schools and other groups could show the history of the impressive buliding to the public. The new part will be clearly different from the old part in order to accentuate the monument.
